Wheel arches are too big for the wheel size... that's th only thing that spoils it for me.... oh, and the Fiat Punto headlights.
Much nicer in black though...

I was at the auction where they sold off the prototypes for them as well as all the ones left in the build shed. some of the proportions were just plain wrong and it is pretty fugly from any angle. The finish on the marketing car was awesome, the panel gaps on the production cars (Bear in mind they knew their jobs were fecked!) were bollocks!
Tried to pick up some cheap engine heads but they went for over £150 each!! Standard K heads with no valves cams or anything
Auctioneer was getting truly fuxed off with people playing "I'll wait to the last second before bidding as that works on e-bay" got bored in the end and went home before it all finished, never saw the cars sell in the end.

They where build by Detomaso / Qvaule / MG X-power in Italy where they not ? did the chinese get them as park of the deal ?

Saw a 599 at Graypaul - looks way more impressive in the flesh than it does in pictures.
After seeing it a 430 doesn't hold a candle next to one. Awesome bit of kit..........until i got shown the Carrera GT
