Saw a BMW Z8 in my estate last week. I don't recall ever having seen one in the flesh before. Great looking car. :)

Drove down by the Pleasance behind a lime green Lamborghini Gallardo convertible yesterday morning. Private plate spells a surname. Not many of those going about Edinburgh.

Aker Brygge, my home for 18 months, probably the best job i've ever had. There was some sort of event right outside your balcony every weekend, car shows, boat shows, concerts and even a ski jump.

Also saw a sub when we were sailing at largs last year, the escort boats let us know how close was too close.

Aye, there were quite a few more escort boats out of shot. This was heading out to sea from Faslane so I guess it would soon slip under the water.

When I was driving North from Applecross last year we spotted what we thought was a little fishing boat coming in towards the coast.
It slowly got bigger and bigger and we began to realise that it was a submarine coming up to the surface.

Once it was closer we could see it was a huge thing, first time I'd ever seen one like that, very impressive. No support boats to be seen, wish we had some pictures :|
