Whilst walking to work the other morning I first heard then saw a R8 tearing up towards Tesco's in Ellon. Workmate saw it and said it was as good as sideways going around the roundabout.

sounded :thumbsup though.

Spotted a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport in white in central London a few weeks ago...Number plate "L2"...Followed it in the van I was a passenger in for a bit, but couldn't keep up when he depressed the throttle 1/4"...

Apparently the car is often spotted - He also has a Maybach 62, with the plate "L1", and another Maybach with a fancy plate...

How the other half live, eh? :)

Mid blue colour - occupants looked like an older couple. It was fantastic looking and appeared to be in really good condition, although it was only a fleeting glimpse in fading light.

Many years ago I used to get a lift into work in an Interceptor or a GT6 ( Spitfire coupe with a V6 for the younger readers !! ) both great cars in their time, but the Interceptor is one of the all time classics .

Bit of a wrong turn coming back from the pantomine on Saturday night and ventured into Collington.

It was classic car central as saw a Morris Minor and a Hillman Imp parked up in the street

Himman Imp looked well cool in white.

This afternoon in central Glasgow - Ferrari 458 Italia I think it is - in a gun metal grey colour.

Looked very smart indeed.

Airports are good for that. A few years back I was at Luton and watched someone being dropped off in a bright yellow Ferrari Daytona. Potentially making it rarer still (or a replica ;) it had the perspex style light covers at the front, not pop ups and had roundels on the doors for numbers.

This mornings spot not so exotic nor rare, but not too many Alfa Romeo Duettos around at this time of year. Looked 8)

Good chance the Daytona was Nick Mason - he's got an ex Ecurie Francorchamps (IIRC) Competizione which is proper rare and fits that description (if it was wearing huge tyres and flared arches).

This Morris parts glamed up the Americas 50's look and a British Feel. Seeing this car, onlookers will reminisce the classic days

2 late model Ford Cortinas on a flatbed, stacked, obviously on their way to a scrapyard.
One would be unusual, there aren't many left, but two?

Managed to see a Blue Renault Alpine GTA a coupld of days ago by the Gyle. It was the late 80's Alpine (i.e. not A610 version) and looked very nice.

Collector / restorer falled out with the missus? ;)

There is a mk3 (i think) cortina in Dundee, painted in darker than BRG with vinyl roof and retro black / silver alloys. I can't help but think the scheme gives it a nice early 70s look for a mid 80s car!
