Re: WTF!
The only things that spoil her smart roadster is the gearbox (hesitant and hard to predict) and rev limit at 6k for some reason (Crap materials most likely)
Ideally it needs a motorbike sequential box adn a rev limit of 10k+

Re: WTF!
ah thought i recognised that "swiss" chap from somewhere , was at the cinema this afternoon and he pops up on screen with an Evora ... some kid from row in front actually pipes up and points out "that's an evora" ... was kind of cool he knew what it was

Re: WTF!
I'm sure we're not the only ones thinking this is a massive mistake from Lotus. Surely some of this disgust must filter back to the company? Or is this purely top management's decision and everyone at Hethel is left with their heads in their hands?
With regards to the CC dispute, surely a smaller block would be lighter. I'm not a fan of forced induction and would much rather have a high revving super 1600 type unit and like others have mentioned in various states of tune, some aftermarket to get round emissions regulations. I'd also like to be another pne to add that I think the 1.3 rotary is classed as 2.6 because there are 2 revolutions therefore the capacity is doubled (correct?). And having spoken to several desperate owners who are unable to sell their cars after a certain milage I think the oil seals can go (from 20k miles if you don't drive them hard enough)? Anyway straying again, sorry.

Re: WTF!
70's Elite with VDP grill? (And a chunk out the back).
I'm an irrelevance to 'Bahar' Lotus - Won't be buying a new car anytime soon, and if I did I'd be looking at Ginetta's offerings which seem to be more 'Lotus' than Lotus are themselves these days...
