Don't know where the time goes, it only seems a few weeks ago that this was first mooted!

I've decided to take an optimistic outlook and assume I'll be driving by June, so...

Database updated.

Hog roast now booked and confirmed for the Saturday night.

Menu looks like this:

Hog Roasted Pig Served With Crispy Crackling, Apple Sauce and Sweet Chilli Sauce. Fresh Bread Rolls.

Waldorf Salad, Caesar Salad, Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Warm New Potatoes in Herb Butter, Bombay Potatoes

Eaton mess desert and one other choice TBA.

Starting to think about entertainment for the Saturday night, anybody know a good local DJ or band?

What kind of music were you thinking for a band? Ceilidh? Maybe for half the night, then a DJ for the other half? You don't want this lot, they're rubbish!

If you update the data base by selecting "y" to either hotel or camping then tut will book the hotel room for you and post which one on the data base. For Fort William you need to phone the hotel yourself and tell them you are part of the lotus group and they will sort you out one of the discounted rooms we have block booked.

Notice you have already so give it time and it will be sorted

Just to be clear for the hotels you just pay them when checking out. Same for Old Deer or Fort William.

Just had a re-read of some of the earlier posts. For those that have lost their log in details then to make life easy just PM either me or tut with your preferences for the following:

Passenger y/n
KH y/n
Alexandra Hotel y/n (just for our info, you still need to book this with the hotel directly)
Saturday run y/n
Hog roast y/n (how many people)
Saturday night hotel y/n (single/double, just let us know your requirement and we will sort out your booking)
Saturday night camping y/n
Sunday run/lunch y/n

If you can do this sooner rather than later even if you are not going to be paying yet as we really need to get a better idea of numbers.

Just cut and paste the above into your PM and we will amend as appropriate and we will sort out the data base on your behalf as it's mainly for our benefit to track who's going to what.

We really really need to get more people for the trackday so if your sitting on the fence now is the time. As tut said we are organising this for SE so it takes you guys to make it happen.

Twenty seven in total which is over a third of the entries. Not good enough at this stage. The same with KH payments and for Saturday night.

We have already paid the deposits out of our own pockets, and if the payments do not come in, we would end up having to cancel TT altogether, and those that have paid so far would end up subsidising the rest of you if that came about, as we would lose the deposits.

Nobody want's that, so please act on this posting as opposed to ignoring or filing it.
