I can highly recommend the Glenkinchie Cask Strength (only available from the distillery) or their Distiller's Edition. Both finished for at least 2 years in sherry casks.

Will give that a try.
Had some Glenfiddich 18 year old tonight(cheers ian), not to bad at all

Tidying up the house has revealed how serious the whisky situation has become. This isn't even all of it, there are special ones squirreled away
