I have been with EE for a few years now and I have always found the customer service flawless. I racked up a massive bill (£600) earlier this year and they scrapped the lot due to a communication error, I did not even have to argue.
I travel a lot for work and their booster packs mean that I can make all the calls, texts and use all the internet I will need for only an extra £10 a month. Then deactivate the boosters once I am home. This applied to non European countries such as America and Canada as my contract already includes data roaming in a large selection of European countries.
Although I won't doubt Three as I have only ever heard good things I have never had any reason to leave EE. The prices they offer me for my contract due to the length of time I have been with them, also the early upgrades with discount due to my very high usage (a lot of bills covered by work) then they have always proven to be the best for me.

Coverage at home is better than O2. 3G is fairly prolific and I'm noticing plenty 4G out n about too. Not that I really need that, though.

Number switch was v smooth, website easy to use, haven't had to talk to a customer service agent at any point!

Only drawback is their VOIP app which appears much more primitive and flaky than O2's. Not a big issue, and I'm sure it'll improve.

IPhone 5s has restored the battery life I need for work purposes...and for £30 up front, that's a bargain.

Oh and my pristine iPhone 4s went for £120 in 2 days on eBay. So I'm £90 up and paying about a fiver a month less. Sweet.

Vodafone coverage between Glasgow - Edinburgh - Newcastle has been way way better than three so far.

4g pretty much all the time when not on the train.

Shame my number port has gone horribly wrong and has taken 3 days so far...and counting

I'll be getting compensated for this...that's for sure!!!

You haven't been involved in my phone contract dealings for a very long time dad, maybe Luke but not mine at all. I thank you for everything else though and there is plenty to be thankful for.
