Jeez!

Ok the front of my house is a fair trek (expecially when your lazy) from my front door. I was in no rush as I was going out and going to take the car by the time I got my sh*t together it had left.

If it had a simple onboard phonebook (not just the pad built into the back) then it would be genuinely interesting to me - primarily as something for my Mum. I don't see why they had to simplify to the point of making it more of a faff to use though - a small screen with an onboard directory would be a minimum requirement - who actually types the number of someone they know any more?

usual SE thread drift  but I honestly think the nokia 1616 is simpler than that and its only £8 on paa as you go.

It has a single line divi display on the top which also displays battery life (huge btw), but no texting ability is a gouge limiting factor IMO. Would have been appealing to me otherwise.

Trading on the 'simplicity cool' a bit much

What area do you stay in Chris?
Whitfield... (though that's one of the things we want to change this year)

Actually, it's not that bad here, pretty quiet, even with the combination of a bright green Elise and a bright red VX220 outside the house (and no drive way either!), though the Lotus has been living at my mums over the winter.

Haven't seen either there, but I'm rarely in Whitfield :D

Where are you hoping to move to?

The West End's nice :blackeye
