Can someone explain what "16/22 in (please update the number with the list above" means?

Looking at all the previous posts I can't figure out what it means as not always consistent with the individual numbers. Every time I get a "notification" on this thread I get really p$/ed off as can't fathom it out and suspect it's really simple (which will tee me off even more when its explained)

Thanks, but I'm happy just to sort it on the night, saves any hassle chasing people up. And making an excel, and conditionally formatting it and doing the yes/no drop down thing and generally getting mired in that.
