It was reset some time ago as the original headings were just to gauge interest.

The columns were then changed to show the details for the weekend so needed to be filled in again.

Paid and , serves me right for being ridiculously late , the hotel is now fully booked.

If anyone is looking for accommodation the sister hotel to this one is about a mile down the road. £59 a night.

The way i read it £135 was for trackday and one person at BBQ.....with £155 being for two at BBQ. Unless i've boobed ?

Only 23 rooms booked so far so no problem.

It must have been one of the new staff, so call in again and emphasise that it is for the Group Lotus booking, or Tut Towers.

Those that have not booked in yet please do so ASAP, as it looks as if we will not be using all 50 rooms at this rate, so I would have to cancel some before penalty clauses kicked in.

Mike - Wired you over £40 for Sat night, booked the hotel at FW and updated the database. Will hopefully tie up with you guys in the afternoon at KH for a bit before we depart up to FW - subject to work.

There are still so many entries not filled in on the database, that it is difficult trying to work out how many rooms I should book around Old Deer.

Sor far I have booked all three doubles at Linda's Bank House which I have filled. I have also booked all six rooms at the Aden Arms Hotel, 3 x double, 3 x single, 01771 622971.

Today I booked all nine at the Saplinbrae Hotel, 5 x double, 3 x twin, 1 x single, 01771 623515.

I still have the Pitfour Arms if all those are filled, but in the meantime, could you please call them and book your room, then fill in the Database letting me know where you are staying.

Also another reminder to fill in your details in the Database and send payments to Mike. There are 76 names in there, but 23 of those have no details entered. Not sure what else I have to do to bring it home, but it is getting wearing.

TT 2010 was going to be the last one for myself and Verian, but because of the enthusiasm to hold a similar event this year, I went ahead with Mike's help to run TT 2012, the only difference being with Saturday held at Craig's.

When Mike gets home next week we will update the database with paid entries, and I will then put out a list of those that have either not confirmed, or those that have but not yet paid.
