No. Not as minor as was first suggested.

Pete what happened to your engine? Will it be ready for Oultwell?
Yes Craig has promised. well strongly hinted.
One of the pistons acquired a hole. That is to say an extra hole.

(Although I'm negotiating to buy Stu's 2-11 at the moment and between you and me it's going rather well so I'll probably have that by then.)

neil wrote:You've done exactly what I would have done and ticked all the option boxes, most of which can be replaced with a can of man up . Why not stick to your original plan of a launch edition car at £29k that'll (probably) still run rings round most things on track?
You're bang on Neil, I've ticked almost all the boxes and got a bit carried away.

After a wee re-think of what I could add later if all is going well I've chopped over £4k off the price.
I can do without the screen and roof, the uprated brakes and suspension can come later if needed.
I'd stick with the S though as the standard car has very little scope for tuning, it's already fairly well worked upon to take the motor to 200bhp. The S motor is exactly as it is in the Focus ST.

So I've chopped the options back to heated passenger seat, xenon lights and dry sump system.

Thanks for the input :thumbsup

Quick question:

On the options list you can upgrade from four point to six point harnesses for £80.

I don't really know anything about either, is it worth paying the extra? What's the pros / cons?

Cheers,

Kenny

Cheers,

If you crash with a 4 you might submarine.

If you crash with a 6 you'll not submarine but might have some very sore baws.
