I've got a top bloke in Dundee who happens to look like Lee Evans
Quality work, reasonable prices, and he's doing some more work in my house later this month - shall I mention this?

I have a guy who is very quick, very reasonably priced, and super talented.
Willie:
Pristine Decor. 191 Drum Brae Drive, Edinburgh, Mid Lothian, EH4 7SW
T. 0131 317 9303
When I had my Home Cinema Solution installed, I had gaping holes all over the walls - some as big as 3ft x 1 ft. He filled the walls perfectly, painted over, and I can't see them at all. Like I said, mega talented.
Gary.

anyone know of a good joiner while the subject is still open?
been quoted 250 to fit doors in my house - even though we've bought the doors and fixings/handles etc...
sure i can get it cheaper if i use the "small" adds not the yellow pages...

How many doors / how long is he saying it will take? To a punter, for a full days labour £250 isnt bad. I charge out Joiners at that for a days rates.

Got some doors fitted recently, couldn't believe how expensive the quotes were.
I used a local guy, Charles Pearce (I think). He was cheapest and his work was fine. I'll pm his number to you when I get home.

Thanks mate
7 doors in total - would be suprised if it took any more than half a day, no obstructions on the ground and the original doors were not a "home kit" and were fitted separetly from the frames.
Local guy is going for £150 but no one i know had heard/used him before.

Again, know an excellent joiner
Built me a projector screen, permanently attached it to my wall, cheap as chips. He also laid hardwood all over my upper floor, and my stairs, excellent - no defects, cheap as hell. I think he charged me around £12 an hour and was quick.
I have lost his details but can get them tomorrow for you?
Gary.

Dude I am waiting to find my Edin place to buy and I expect mates rates, looked at your website and liking your work
About to fit out my first floor offices at work and realising that I am a muppet when it comes to these things and furniture catalogues are not your friend... Never sneak your invoices past my MD, hmmm can we barter services ?
