Greg did great job helping me out with a problem tenant a couple of months back. The guy had been a total pain in the ass and hadn't paid his rent for ages, but a couple of threatening letters from our resident legal eagle battered him into submission. I got back every penny he owed me, and the tenant has now moved out - perfect result from my point of view.

Here is the really amusing payback for the all the hassle the tenant caused me: I have since discovered that he was being pursued by several other creditors, 2 of whom are taking him to court, and although he left no forwarding address 'someone' seems to informed them of his employment details :twisted: :twisted:

So, Greg's your man......sorry Greg, your are probably going to get inundated with requests for legal help from SEers now :)

You can speak to my mother Mags, although she aint cheap (fnarr fnarr!) Greg is probably your best bet if you can wait!
