Which it did twice, first time on a trackday at Bedford.

ps almost forgot, it also caught fire with me on the way back from Rickys in 2000. Camshaft oil seal popped out, and the oil caught fire on the manifold. Had to stand on the boot and pee on it to put it out.

ps slight missprint on the price. Last time it was up for £35K, on SELOC it is "offers".

I think if I was Eliseless at present I would contemplate it. Partly for old times sake, but also the spec is fantastic. Clincher is that it is still open top, it has a soft top as well as the hard.

He also has a Ferrari 360, a Murcielago, and lord knows what else, his garage is not much smaller than tut towers, and no expense has been spared on the car.

You may laugh but being able to pee on demand like that is no mean feat at Tut's age...

pss it even has two complete Motorsport body kits, one in fibreglass as per pics, and one in carbon fibre.

Dunno, but not standard Elise fitments - at one stage, this car was used as the Eliseparts demo biotch, so has the bolt converters fitted, to allow fitment of more types of wheel.
