2nd week of ownership

Post by Mr Spook » Thu Jan 26, 2006 7:57 pm

Very different to last week - no rain! :P
Have therefore been giving it a bit more and getting a bit more confident into the bargain.
Though this morning lost the back end for the first time coming out of a roundabout so maybe will slow things down again till the weather improves.

Loving every minute of it and so pleased I bought one!

The biggest problem now is that I let my girlfriend have a go and now she wont stop asking for more. The Lotus, that is...

(I had been hoping that her feet wouldn't reach the pedals!)

Thankfully, no.
Would love to think it was my incredible, natural, built-in driving skills, but think it was totally the greatness of the car and luck!

Just back from the pub and GF ran to the Elise and kissed the front clam.
All I need now is a couple of her freinds and a video camera - success!
Feel the next wax job may look after itself..
