For some reason, he has chosen to spend his sunday.... running in the Great North Run!!!!
You are a fanny, but best of luck matey! I am sure a few of us will think of you over our Sunday lunch, cold beer and the Grand Prix!!!!
You go show them what's what do there, and I hope your knee holds up!

Cheers guys, managed it in 2.02.36. Not too bad. Completely shattered.
Wish i had got sub 2 but a grand total of around 3 miles training in the last 2 months put pay to that. Knee was ok but legs just couldnt cope. Will be suffering tomorrow. Early night for me!
