Had another Mtb accident, really need to take it easy. Now have a bone poking out my shoulder but on the plus side it was all caught on video

Have a listen on this mobile video for the crack as my shoulder pops

Be careful out there....

(MTBs are dangerous things - C2 fracture, 1991. 4 months in a spinal unit, full recovery though so lucky...)

Like so many things in life, never get on a MB unless you are very drunk

Two thoughts;
1. May we should be envious of the boys in body armour rather than taking the piss as we normally do
2. Getting someone to film you doing a jump is ALWAYS going to end in tears
Get better soon though mate
