Would anyone like to meet Sir Jackie Stewart?

My dad works for Lindsay's Vauxhall in Dumbartonshire which many of you will know better as 'Jackie Stewart's Garage'. Jackie sold the garage to school friend John Lindsay when he embarked on his racing career and the garage is still run to this day by the Lindsay family. Jackie and the Lindsays have remained close friends over the years and due to his strong association with the garage, Jackie will be holding a book signing there this Sunday (21st October) between 10am and 11.30am.
If anyone would be interested in going along then please let me know.
Cheers,
John C.

I'm very unlikely to be sober enough to drive at that time on Sunday morning, but if I am, I'll try to pop along.

directions please........

Neil,
If you just head for Loch Lomond - coming from Glasgow / Erskine Bridge, the garage is on the A82 (Dumbarton Road / Stirling Road), on your right hand side at the set of traffic lights where the A82 meets the road you would take (A814 – Glasgow Road) if you were going to Helensburgh etc.

Dominic,
You have a PM.
Dezzy,
I’m in the same boat as you in that I will be in no fit state drive on Sunday morning. If you are going out in the West End Saturday night then text me and I’ll buy you a belated birthday beer as I’m going to be on the lash with a few friends I’ve not been out with for a good while.
Cheers,
John
P.S.
If you guys are going along then I’d get there early as like all these things, it’s difficult to say how busy it’s going to be.

John I will be up for that please - will he have copies of the book for sale there or do we have to buy them elsewhere for him to sign them?
