Servicing Costs

Hi Guys, some help please based on previous experiences.
Was just wondering the average cost inc VAT of A,B and C services from MMC.
If possible can i get the cost of just the service excluding and additional work. I am assuming the cost for both S1 and S2 are the same but we will soon find out.
