Truth hurts?

Post by MRpunchinella » Wed Nov 21, 2007 9:13 am

have had a bit of a trivia couple of weeks with the car, various niggles and the breakdown. Felt bit fed up with the MOT due and drowning at work with paper and not being able to do anything at any time during the week

Attended a 'Drs appointment' cough  and took the car to the garage for the MOT. Had to drop it off and return to work.

Got out and saw my shiny washed 'im an all ok mr MOT man' car....kid about 9 or 10 standing at the garage forecourt......"Mr....whits that motor.....is it wan o them yins oot ma game?"

Me - "might be, is it playstation - Tourismo?"

Him - "aye.....kan ah look at it Mr"

Me - "yes.....you can sit in but dont touch the controls"

He wandered about it the sat in...chatted about his game as i waited for the guys at the pit to collect the car.

Him - "thanks Mr.....like yer motor.....crackin......shame about all the scratches"

haha.....instantly defeated.......what is it they say? "from the mouths of babes"

respray...anyone ???

Just tell them it's a gravel rash - as you don't just play the game, you race the car.
