Noticed an interesting post on selcoc about lap times.....

Guys,
Sorry to be such an arse but we shouldn't be posting any lap times here. I run loads of track days here at Goodwood, at Spa and at the 'ring and at a recent meeting with an insurance company, it was hinted that they now scour the Internet for people postig lap times which have been attained on Track Days. As you probably know, this invalidates all kinds of insurance, including the organisers public liability and any insurance which punters may have purchased for the day. Insurance companies are always looking for ways to get out of paying a claim and this is a very easy Way out for them..
Again, sorry for [Censored] ing on your party...I wouldn't do it if it wasn't important..

Not that it affects me or even sure how true it is but i guess we should all tread carefully........

They will need more than "My car will do KH in xx" to press that one home surely!
May I therefore propse that all laptimes are hereby referred to in Eds?
An Ed is a second
and a little bit
The size of a bit depends on your point of view on Eds little bits....

at one point i was doing 125 tuts!

Ed in only lasting 60 seconds shocker and still having twice to do "2 laps".
