The first one sounds like it might be the Moat House (mentions SECC) and the second one could be Malmaison or Abode (cos they mention Sauchiehall St specifically).

Could the second one possibly be the Hilton only one I can think off with access to all those facilities :?:

The second one sounds like it's the one on Cambridge Street. The lesuire facilities in the Hilton are quiet limited now as they don't have access to the full health club across the road.

I actually thought that the first one was the Hilton.

Raddison for first one and either Hilton or Thistle Cambridge St for second one. Just a guess.

Didn't think Malmaison had a pool.

Cheers guys. I'm veering towards the second one as its more central. Is parking likely to be okay or should I be taking the shed?

Shed.

Only place I would take the elise is to the Hilton parking.

Thistle (if it is the Thistle) has it's own parking too though but it's pretty tight.

Radisson uses the ncp across the road from it. Costs £5 a day which is a lot less than normal users pay. Should be fine in there and as Mac says the Hilton has a good underground car park.

I've just booked it and it's the Thistle

Do I get a prize for being the first correct entry?

If you're going to the Thistle, I'd leave the Exige in the GCC carpark on the same street. The spaces are much larger so less likely to get door bashed and it's secure. I leave the Exige in that one and the Concert Square GCC multistorey all the time with no problems.

skellyjohn might also have a claim on the prize - you just said Cambridge Street - I think he was first with thistle
