As per the post above, if you have ever thought about spending New Year in Edinburgh but didn't fancy paying hotel prices, then consider this!

This superb pad of Love has recently been transformed, and would impress any female, or so the owner would have you believe!

Alternatively, if you are more inclined to go for a more romantic break over Xmas and New Year, I can offer you a lovely waterfront proper overlooking the Tay, fishing rights, and some lovely country walks!
