Sitting parked outside chinese waiting on my food ., police car pulls up "can you take a seat in the back " he says with a stupid smirk on his face . I asked him what he could possibly want with me and he say "i am doing you for having a small number plate "

no warning , no horte , 30 quid fine .

It was the same guy who stopped me for the last incident ! stupid little cnut

Absolutly fuming. Went to police station to make complaint , superviser was on the phone I said i will be back down later .

is this wise ? Really fed up with this now , my food is cold and tastes like sh*t because this little wank decides he can "get one up me"

I tryd being reasonable with the guy explaining that i have been lying low and i took his advice last time . made no difference the cock was too chuffed with himself .

It does look like you are a marked man, but as a result you will have to whiter that white. he will move onto the next person soon enough

ask for proof of stop everytime they stop you then you can build up some evidence if they know you are building up a case they may leave it a while if they don't you can always go into a complaint prepared.

Making complaint might make you feel better but at the end of the day you do have a small plate, so there is an offence so he can justify his actions to whoever is looking into the complaint.
I reckon you have to take Nizzys advise and be whiter than white until someone else gets the target. Bummer though.

make a complaint in writing to Johnnie Gwynne he is the Chief of the whole of Strathclyde Division for that area. He is based at Paisley, detail everything in your letter, no matter how small. He will then pass this over to an inspector or higher to deal with.

P.S. You don't actually have to get into the car if they ask you to, you can decline.

Sounds like they are being a real pain. I'll bet their car was not totally legal either....

Na , he didnt even look at it just told me to take a seat . He has issued me with £30 fine , last time I had a small plate on my fiesta I was given 30 days to change .

So he has issued a fine, I dont intend to pay it initially , so what happens if he see's me in 2 weeks with plate still on?

I just went down and spoke to the supervisor, he wasnt much help either. Said he will have a quiet word with the little arsewipe. I doubt that.

If he did not even look at it... can you put on the correct sized plate (get one asap tomoz) and go to the superviser and ask about it?... say you did not realise it was too small, but as it was not measured, how can they be sure?..... or leave well alone?

You will never win. Believe me. The Police will not give up. Get the correct size plate. I know the story, and i have been there too. I have the correct size plate om my Elise, and i have never been stopped yet. Its a lot less hassle, than knocking your number plate off. I had the Police pestering me for months about my number plate A 10TVS, and ended up selling the number. Hey thanks Mr Police man, i made £3.500 on my number !!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D
