My Name is Graeme and I beleive that the Board of Sheffield Wednesday are devoid of any sence of humour and persuing this matter in court would in my opinion seem like a total waste of time any money (some may say the whole thing has been mismanaged and handled incompitantly )

I have even looked into this (5 mins research) the manager refers to the club as a "rudderless ship" and they are heading into administration

Sounds like a highly compitent well managed board to me.

If you are being liabous then fair enough, but as a general rule I would not say anything on here that I wouldn't say to that persons face (and not before finding out how big they where first)

The Board of Sheffield United will be very upset at that, as it's Sheffield Wednesday who are pursuing it and it has nothing to do with United at all.

There is a serious point here - SE2 is a public place - don't post stuff here that you don't want to be challenged with later, whether it's libellous, admission of guilt or simply sharing your anti-social perversions with us ...

Once upon a time, when the internet was young, I was on a different mailing list which imploded as one guy joined, went mad, and flamed everyone in sight.

After that he tracked them down, as it was a happy cheerful mailing list people were not secretive about who they really were, and had the cops visit folk in dawn raids by alleging they had been abusive to him.

AFAIK the abuse allegations were unfounded and all charges were dropped but some folk had their PCs grabbed by the other sort of PCs.

It i not just the law one needs to be afraid of but the nutters.
