Broke one of my wheels! Anybody got a spare rear S1 5 spoke?

Sorry to post this in the General Chat section. I guess it should be in the Classifieds but I need an answer on this pretty quick.

Last Friday I managed to make a t*t of myself and spun my S1 Elise on some black ice coming into work. Low speed impact with the kerb but enough to knock a chunk of one of the rear wheels rim out. suspension is ok but the wheel is apparently unrepairable so I have been on the hunt for a replacement. It's the OEM silver Elise S1 5 spoke type I am looking for and have been phoning around quite a few places. I've found a couple available but the prices are a bit steep as Lotus no longer stock this wheel.

Anybody out these got one to sell or suggest anybody to contact who might have any???

Cheers for any leads!

If the knock was enough to damage the wheel, a geo check is prob a must

If Ali does not have one then try Dan at JPS. 07834732892. He has a few old wheels kicking around.

Thanks guys.

Looks like Dan at JPS has a couple available at more reasonable prices than I have been quoted + he thinks he can drop the wheel off when he takes a customers car back to Inverurie (is that anybody on here???) saving on postage so a bit of a result all round.

Craig - I've not posted on here for a while and you appear have changed cars again?! What happened to your S2 135? Blimey, you change Lotus's as often as some folks change their socks...

By the way, your old S1 135 is still running sweetly but the mileage has taken a bit of a hammering thanks to my daily commute!

 Yes mate i have changed again. I should never have sold the S1 135. The S2 111s was a good car but i was never 100% as happy as when i had your S1. I now love my S1 Exige and plan to keep this one for a long time. Am glad the 135 has been as good for you as it was for me.

Cheers

Surely "camp" is a word that applies to S2's, not the classic S1?
