Same mods I started with (nearly)!
My top tips:
Watch out for the gearbox cable clips down the back end, they can be tighter than a tight thing (So you'll punch the concrete) and make sure the gear lever does exactly what you want it to, mine was mis-adjusted for a while. Quickshift is quite stright forward, but the front right bolt on mine was too short cos of the cable clip, get a longer one if you can.
Probably worth finding a local fastener supplier and changing every bolt you take out for stainless. Will save alot of hassle later on... and goes w/out saying coppa-slip everything except the caliper bolts (Thread lock them!)
Eazy-bleed makes the brake lines a doddle IMHO, but make sure you use a decent 8mm allen socket on the caliper allen bolts cos they are tight! (And fukking soft!) You might have to cut the crash structure to get to the inner brake hose lines nuts.... Go easy or you end up with a big hole like me. (Not too big, but I was initially off to one side) Don't forget to turn the front calipers over to get all the air out. Rear pads will require a small drift, I used half an old allen key to get the pin out.
Rover dealer will do you zorst gaskets and rubber mounts for about £2.
Cat studs will mean you might have to undo some/all the mounts and will need 10mm bolts to replace them.
WD40 all the zorst nuts. It probably won't help, but you'll feel better. I had to sacrifice an old socket and chop one off.
Have you got a box of plasters? You'll need them!
Good luck and get some piccies!

It's not difficult to do the braded hoses + pads, but equally it shouldn't take very long (Therefore cheap!) The biggest problem was unscrewing the old ones.
Rest is straight forward, if time consuming!

Roped my paw in for help on Thursday provided there's no snow.
