Sam

You are going to have to post a lot more detail than that, it does not mean a thing.

For new or used at Murray, you'll be well looked after by Graeme.

He's been there a loooong time, knows his way around Lotus and their cars, and recognises the part that Scottish Elises plays in the Lotus ownership experience ;-)

For after-care, you need to choose carefully. But given you are in NI, you probably knew that already! Murray are working hard to restore the customer care we used to get under Pauline's and Colette's watches, but you will also find well established dealers like Bell & Colville (Surrey) are right on the money for parts supply etc.

Hopefully we can help to keep you right - don't be afraid to ask anything, however stupid it may seem at the time. We were all newbie owners once!

Yes indeed. And I think the dealership takes on board measured feedback. Del also works hard to keep liaison with the parts team going, which resulted in some club discount deals IIRC.

Look here for feedback on the Scottish Dealer (Murray's). They are working very hard to get the aftersales bit right..
