Grand Prix Racewear (Google) seems to get good reviews. Nowhere in Scotland AFAIK that you can actually try stuff on though, which is a royal pain.

Been in there a few times, used to be roudn the corner from my old flat. Sell all sorts of nomex kit, sparco booster seats, FIA approved seats etc.

Cheaper than DemonT.

Not much use to you but IIRC they wer so quiet you could call and natter to them for an age and prob get a sale or return deal.

Pick up a rally / motorsport magazine. There will be loads of ads for race clothes. There is a company in wales (can't remeber the name - sorry) who are far cheaper than Demon Theives.

If it is for motorsport purposes that you need the clothes, make sure they are up the the correct standard; i.e. fireproof etc... there are a lot of driving shoes, (which are perfectly good) which are not fire proof.

99% of pumas are not. Was in the Puma shop recently and thought about buying a pair for my canoe like fet and thought might as well get the nomex ones if I am goign to buy a pair soley (!) for driving. None were and the girl in the shop just chewed her gum when I asked her. Was worried she was going to point me towards the fezza branded ones.

I got all my kit from demon tweeks recently. All FIA approved Nomex stuff. 2 Layer Sparco suit, Sparco boots, Sparco gloves and a "Bell" helmet  .

Wasn't a kick in the balls of £700. Called up Demon Tweeks and told them my saga about 1st year in motorsport etc and trying to save some cash...... ended up getting about £100 off. The size guide worked a treat too, everything fits perfectly... and if it didn't they exchange it free.
