so I'm sitting in my parked car minding my own business doing some paperwork and what do you know.....
some daft woman decides to crash her car into me !!!
now as an isolated incident, you may say accidents happen... but ffs!! ..... that's the
3rd time I have now been crashed into by a woman whilst sitting in a parked car in broad fecking daylight!!!......... and they get cheaper insurance apparently!!?!?!?
basically she hit my rear wheel with her front one and so it now sits at a funny angle.... merc garage are going to pick it up tomorrow...... made her phone her insurance company before letting her go just to make sure she admitted 100% fault.....
some photos (taken on my phone so apologies for quality etc.)
at least it wasn't the lotus i suppose!!!
also... did spot an azure s1 in the carpark at gartnavel whilst all this was going on.... waved as whoever it was got in and drove off!!
bloody women....

jeez
remember for a 3rd party fault, you could hire a car and charge it to her insurance
try this :
http://www.swift-rent-a-car.co.uk/
they can do all the paperwork and take their cut without you paying out.

as I always say when you have a 3rd party at fault. Helphire.com sort your car at your garage of choice (just about) and then give you like for like and no need to involve your insurance AT ALL hence no claims even when you were not at fault.

I really wouldn't recommend Accident Exchange, mucked me around quite a bit. Plenty of others to choose from, in fact I got a CLK the last time a woman ran into me

Are yuo sure she wasn't distracted by your new found celebrity status?
Maybe she wanted to see your party piece!

shop around for rental - you won't necessarily be able to reclaim the full credit hire charges (Lagden v. O'Connor, Dimond v. Lovell Per the noble & learned Lords Hoffman & Lord Hope of Craighead) notwithstanding 3rd party fault.
Thankyouplease
