Tickets came through last night for the Festival of Speed

Have booked my summer holiday so it's slap bang in the middle (birthday run one weekend, FoS the next <BG>

)

Going over 2 days (Fri/Sat) to see as much as poss, while trying to miss the biggest crowds. Anybody been and got advice to pass on?

Have you booked accommodation???

I couldn't find any where to stay within an hour's travelling and not less than £110 per night.

I was thinking about the Revival but with three day tickets, b&b, fuel etc we reckoned it would cost about £700! Consequently saving (and booking ahead) for next year...

I have accomodation (Probably, all a bit vauge TBH) not far form southampton. £30 pp/pn B&B through a contact on SELCOCK.
