well i need a bit of help,

the flat we have has a secure entry using a system called "KEYpac solo" and we were only given 1 fob, yet there are 2 of us.. go figure.

well managed to find this site,

and i've ordered some spares. Yes i could have tried to order them through the management committee but they don't even know where to buy them.

Problem i have is when they arrive i'll need to get them programmed into the system so i can use them on the door.

anyone used this system before? programmed it? installed it?

any help would be good (even if your better at finding instructions for me to do it on google as i'm drawing a blank)

found some instructions after more hunting, now i just need to find who has the master cards, but i think i know that!

Wait meatball, aren't you meant to tell me not to play with someone elses flat security since i'm renting?????

done some controlled entry in glasgow years back but from memory you need the master fob then you simply show master to the controll panel reader then flash each new fob for programming. their was a way to reset it and make a new master fob but you would need evryone elses in the buildings so they could be programmed again. just a guide as i cant remember what exactly was involved as i havent done this for at least 5 years. but it was pretty state of the art stuff when i was doing it( cost the council £10,000 a tenement ) so may be fairly common now.

well i found the instructions and spoke to the person who i thought had the masters, he thought he had them as well but nope they were just ones that open all the doors but won't let you re-programme fcuk

so now have left a very angry message on the managment committees voice mail saying that we can't get in the flat (although its not fully true, we can get in but only have 1 fob between 2 of us)
