New Arrival

Post by GregR » Wed Nov 18, 2009 2:31 pm

Here he is, after 9 month and one week's worth of cooking, baby Thomas:-

9lbs, 13oz .. so he's not much of a 'wee chap'. Alix is doing great though. So long lie-ins and good night-long kips; totally worth it though!

Mate, Nicky asked me why you name little Tom after Tom Paine?

Care to respond?!

I'm glad you asked, Dave.

In short, Tom Paine has been the single most influential person in my life to date. That's why we chose young Tom's first middle name to be 'Paine'. His second middle name is Laser thanks to the sweepie we had at the hockey club.

Delighted both Mum and son are well, and great choice of name.
