Tis the season to be jolly etc. so as we are looking to convert one half of the garage into somewhere to stick all the kids crap ... sorry toys the Elise will be outside all the time and I'm now asking Sunty for an outdoor cover for the poor wee thing.
Was looking at the Elise parts one but it just calls it a dust cover ... so are there any suggestions as what i need is a cover that can sit over the car to keep all the usual crap off of it or is the elise parts one OK?
any sugestions would be welcome

Hi Davie,
I have an excellent outdoor cover I bought off flebay for my S2.....but now that I've sold the car it'll go to waste! You're welcome to it if you're down in the Glasgow area anytime soon.
Cheers,
Craig.

Davie,
Covers are, pretty much universally, not recommended for the elise for outdoor storage. The car has to be pristinely clean, otherwise if there's grit on the body and the cover flaps in the wind, the paint gets ground and scratched. Best to give the car a good coat of wax and leave it to fend for itself.
