Tyre Pressure Check Caps Concept

This product neatly falls nicely into the category of "Why didn't I think of that." This conceptual design comes way of John Wrightson. The tire cap has a small LCD screen that will display the current tire pressure with a push of the button. Now if only Wrightson could figure out a way for the caps to know what the recommended pressure is for said tires. Smart idea, but would definitely suck when the caps are lost—which is likely to happen. – Travis Hudson

There are already caps that warn of low pressure with a preset little red tell tale marker, saw them in an innovations cataloge or something. I doubt their accuracy at that size.
It would take the pikeys around 0.002 secs to nick them too.

A curved LCD screen?! That'll keep manufacturing costs down

I have been using these on my Motorbikes, Cars, Discovery and Cycles for the past few years and find them very handy to see if my tyres are at their correct pressure at a glance. They come in a wide range of pressures so I have ended up with quite a collection over the years. All mine came with a locknut which tightens against the cap once you have screwed it onto the valve. Never had any knicked as they would need a small spanner to loosten the locknut.
