After TalkTalk have just increased my Broadband charges by 50% with no consultation, I have told them to eff off and gone back to BT. Nicole: Hi, my name is Nicole.I'm here to assist you with your BT order.
Nicole: How may I assist you with your order today?
David Duncan: I am leaving TalkTalk and moving back to BT for my Broadband and phone calls. I have gone through the sign up procedure but it is now asking me for my MAC code. I presume that I will have to cancel with TT and get my MAC from them before I can proceed any further.
Nicole: Excellent
Nicole: No
Nicole: What offer are you ordering?
David Duncan: BT1 as I do not download much, with full 24 hour tel calls and International
Nicole: Can you type in "Unknown" and proceed.
David Duncan: unknown
Nicole: Yes, please#
David Duncan: Great, but yes please to what?
Nicole: Can you not type this in on the order form?
David Duncan: It stops when I can not put in my MAC code.
Nicole: David, type "unknown" on the order form where it asks for your mac code?
David Duncan: Ah so, thank you, I am being thick today. Fancy joining me for dinner tonight?
Nicole: No thank you David.
David Duncan: Ah well, thanks for the help, goodnight.
Nicole: Excellent
Nicole: Enjoy the rest of your day."
