Woken up this morning at 0130 with a call, one of my troops has been locked up for assault. 0700 Ready to go to court but told I can't as I can't be spared and have to joey someone else to go in my place. Not only does this mean I can't be there to help one of my scrotes, ahem, I mean lads, someone else got dicked about with 1/2 hour's notice Not really anyones fault (Apart form the scrote!) but so frustraiting. (I was looking forward to a day in court) I wanted to go for a stress relieving drive, but I'm too knackered.

I really can't wait to finish this job, it really is time for a new one. The primary task is great, I get to play with big fast metal birds, what true petrol head would want more, but the ancillary crap is just terrible.

3 months 4 days and counting....

I was quite scary when the g/f moved to the same aircraft type (Tornados) and we could talk/rant about w*rk without lengty explanations. That was until we sent one back and I got loads of flack for the state of it

You'd have been good in court defending poor 'scrote' too I reckon!
