Yeh, looks like avatars are gone, I expected so as they are not stored in the database. Simon A will be reopening the old board later on so that they can be retrieved.

The quick reply thing must be a mod that doesn't come with the vanilla phpbb software. As soon as their (phpbb's) site is back up I'll download and install it.

I'm having problems when using 'posts since last visit' method, going from topic posts back to topic list - tells me I'm too quick
