not sure if the std sky boxes have a RF2 out but Sky+ boxes do. These also take signals from magic eye senders and will control the box so...
Main box in lounge with the RF2 plumbed in tothe RF circuit in the house and the Scart in to your main TC and the sat coax going in to hte box.
Each room you want to have sky in plumb in a magic eye on the RF and then you can remote contorl the box and have sky albeit via RF not scart.

But it's worth pointing out that you can't watch different channels in different rooms with this setup. The only way I know of to do this, is pay Sky's multiroom fee.... (thieving feckers)

You also need a booster or the signal deteriorates too much if you send to more than 1 other room. Unfortunately the sky link doesn't work very well with boosters so you're then stuck again.

Running two magic eyes here with no problems.
As Sanjoy said, my main TV works of the scart, the kitchen of RF1 and the bedroom of RF2. This is with an ancient Sky box,

but the cables run directly from the dish into each room. it doesn't go into hte box and then split to serve the other rooms
will this make a difference?

Unless you have a dish for each room there is a splitter somewhere.
