I have a cunning plan for my new house, just wondering if anyone knows how big a job it would be to relocate the central heating boiler.... and possibly the hot water tank too......

considering the option of putting in a minimalist - in the wall stylie - type fireplace.... just need to find out the logistics at the moment...
