Based on the fact they decided to limit my unlimited connection.

Have no idea who they are so I can only assume they are very sh*t.

Christ, things have taken a turn for the worse then....

I used them for the work stuff when we were in Glasgow (still have an account for a sister company) and they were excellent. Okay, having Graeme on the inside helped, but even dealing with their standard phone-monkeys was painless. Not a glitch either....

We only changed as we got a blinding deal down here with our local Chamber of Commerce...

What's the issue?

Yup, just moved back from Bulldog to PN, we also have dozens of lines from them at work, all without issue - what's wrong?

More a customer service phone-monkey thing though, from what Dodger says. Like I say, though, any time I've dealt with them, it's been painless...

Going to be moving from Bull Sh*t to Sky when I can. Brand new build flats, move from 3rd to 1st floor and line speed drops from 8mb to <1. Nothing we can do sorry after 30 min wait on phones.

At least with Sky it will be like Sleazyjet, no point complaining as you are paying pennies.

I didn't have any problems with the Bulldog service, it worked fine for me.

But they overcharged me a tenner each month from the start and said it would be "fixed next month" every month, it never was. In fact even now that I am not a customer of theirs they are still trying to charge me for services they don't actually provide me anymore.

As soon as PN started selling the 8Mb service I moved back.
