help pick my company car

ok i'm moving job and need to pick a company car. i can only have a FORD! i don't really like big cars or diesels so was thinking of a ford focus titanium. i ahve £16.5k-17k to spend.

Focus ASBO could be got for that money if you shop around IIRC......

What colour? Orange does not look like a good shade of orange in the metal! Blue gets my vote

I think the orange looks good on the asbo. The other colours make it look like any other Focus.

If he goes for blue, he could have DDtB stylee stripes on it, start an SE trend.
Paint the calipers, appear on radio shows etc etc.....

I regulary have to hire cars when I am away for work, and in the last 6 months I have driven a Focus, Astra, Golf and Megane. As a drivers car the new Focus is the best of the bunch by a mile. I have owned a number of hot hatches in the past, and even the bog standard Focus handles as well as any of them. The mark 2 focus is just as good to drive as the mark 1 (I have an mark 1 estate), but corrects all the mark 1s faults, like a nasty interior, less than ideal driving position and below par refinement. Go for it I would say!

Oh, one other thing. If you do get one I would avoid the heated windscreen - in bright sunlight I found it is like driving with blurred vision.
