Any exige owners near Glasgow for a pax ride?

As the title states, the faster the better as I can't get a run out in one at Murray lotus due to lack of demos.

Cheers

MMC won't be running an Exige demo as Exige is no longer sold as a new car - surprised if they don't have a used one for sale, or at least an Elise SC220 to let you drive?

Yeah I know Graeme, when I was up they had a customers one in to sell and the only other one was the JP edition which is tucked up safely inside.

I never even considered asking for a go in an Elise but I think the only sc one they had was a brand new rgb edition.

If I had held off another couple of months I would have had that 240pp you got in instead of being where I am now with the Rex

I'm in Dumbarton if that helps. I'm down at Essex Autosport getting the car tuned on the 20th so anytime after that is good for me.

I'm also doing the TRS Sprint at the end of the month if your going to that? There's a few Exige going so a pax should be readily available.

Thanks mate,

Flip flop is kindly taking me out on Saturday but it would be good to have a run out in yours for comparison-what model do you have and what power are you expecting after a tune?

I'm not sure I can make the end of the month I've got an exam coming up to qualify so need to bury my head in the books as the reward will hopefully be an rgb

I was about to supercharge my CTR when i thought i'll just buy one of these instead. I hadn't even seen an Exige until about 2 weeks before i bought mine! I bought the first one i saw (never a good idea) which is a 220 S Touring. It was a hoot from the day i got it - but it is my weekend/trackday toy.

i've fitted now fitted a 2bular new 4-1 + De-Cat, The new H2 Trackday GT3 silencer and Rear Panel Eliminator Kit (PEK), TRD airbox and removed all heatshielding, vsv pipping etc. I'm just about to fit a Forge IC (hopefully before the visit to EA) and then mapped. I'm hoping for about 260~280bhp based on figures others have posted on Exiges.com but we'll see...

An RGB as a reward??? what are you qualifying as????????

Sounds good mate I plan to fit a full 2ubular system from the manifold back so it will be good to see what its like.

I'm an accountant and unfortunately I need this last exam to open a few more doors.

I spent about 12k on my ep3 that was keeping it n/a too
