Probably just thinks of various ways to get himself known. This ought to do it! Not going to lie though, if I had the money I would probably do similar random things.

Your problem is that it has now already been done so you'd need to think of something to outdo Hamad which would need to be Up Yours Hamad on the moon visible from earth.
