I was keen to meet up with some members this weekend and wondered if anything is planned for Knockhill.
Failing that, are there any runs planned for this weekend that don't involve camping?

Just pop along and start introducing yourself to Elise drivers (/Mr Spook)
Odds on it'll be an SE'er and you'll immediately be offered a passenger lap
You in Glasgow? If so, Mac usually has a wee meet at Old Inns Services on the M80 beforehand.

Actually in Edinburgh but very keen to met everyone.
Do you know of anyone who is going up from these parts that I can tag onto?
Where will people be when I get there?
Am I allowed to bring burd?
What sort of time do folks arrive?
(enough questions)

Arrive around 0830 in time for passenger sign on.
Folks will either be in drivers briefing (which could be anywhere), standing around the cars or in the pitlane.
Bring burd, sign her on as a pax too.

I think my wife is tagging along this weekend.

Normally Ed, Tom & Andy are Edinburgh TD whores, the first 2 are offski daarn saarf for a walshy day so won't be posting 'till later. I'll prob be there, but I'm overnighting in Dundee after C&D.
What I did was simply turn up on the day! Mac has track plates on his car identifying him as 'Mac', so I grabbed him by the lapels and declared my love. Seconds later, I was signed on as a pax and razzing about the track

Ed was easy to find driving an all-black Exige, so he was target 2... closely followed by the ever present (as he was back then!) Tom.
Just look for the stickers in the windscreens, loiter and look interested. Any S_E'er will then introduce you to those he/she can once you've been identified
See you there (I'll be in the Black S1 with the red ragtop

)

Sounds good
Many thanks, I will come into the car park near the pitlane entrance for around 8-815 am
Would be keen to meet any others as suggested (MacK) at Forth Bridge.
Perhaps just on the left before the toll booths?

Good to meet you on Friday night at MMC.
I'm off down South on Thursday and won't be around next weekend. Another Walshy day sorted
There should be a good few chaps at the track though, and I'm sure they'll be more than happy to get you out as a pax.
If you decide you like it get signed up for Brunty's Saturday morning effort in September. Should be under trackdays , CE Motorsport. Usually great fun

Have a look at the meets section. There is a hill climb fun night on Thursday evening.
Maybe see you then? Dominic

Best place to meet is in the MacD's car park at the bridge services, with the new toll booths getting installed there is not much space to stop and meet other cars beside them, and it's a bus stop.
Oh and I was thinking of nearer 9.00 am no need to be too early if your not driving. Could arrange meet time of 8.45 depart at 9.00, I'll put it in meets for others to see..
