moving on from my obsession with blue neon vent lighting, and having failed to fine a single picture of ANYONE having done this to their car i was wondering what nasty mods, paintjobs and light effects there have been on the lotus elise.

if you can find any nastyass elises post the pics here for us to laugh at.

Pretty sure the Halfrauds neon kits have a pic of a yellow exige on the front with Neons.

Is that 340R transparent? That is awesome if it is. Looks like a giant R/C car before you paint it!

It's Tony Shute's (the Elise project team leader) hillclimb "Expose". Made from one of the prototype chassis.

Body is polycarbonate (like an R/C car) and the whole thing weighs under 600kg.

Don't know if he still campaigns it, but I'm sure he'll still have it.

Agree, pretty sure it was his kid that suggested it to him after his RC car was polyc.

Here's another couple of candidates :D I think the 3rd one is quite smart but doubt that is drive-able , the guys probably stuck there because the front wheels can't turn

I agree Greg, looks mean. They also did a yellow one but it had "questionable" doors.
