Richard,

Why not try a quick test now?

Are you able to log into groups.yahoo.com with a valid Yahoo ID then post via the Web Interface, for example? If your mail address has been classified as "bouncing" by Yahoo, you will indeed be met with silence...but this can be fixed!

My yahoo mail account has been closed and deleted, which is nice. No mail, no notification, nothing. That may explain things...

Will sort it out tomorrow..

posted a few times in the last week or two about mark at banchory working on my car, and the weekend of rough love. neither were met with a great response. The motley crew required trip however has got 6 interested folk, all from the yahoo site, so looks like they're more serious about foriegn jaunts and the likes than over here.

Check it out at least once a week usually but rarely post. Never been a fan of the yahoo format.

I always forget the yahoo login details, and it did seem a more cumbersome format :)

Personally I cant afford to pop off on European trips at the drop of a hat, I could probably afford one if its planned well ahead so that I can pay it up.
Nothing to do with not being interested

Never much liked the Yahoo format, so rarely go there now. For me this forum is much better.
