Spare cat for S1 available to borrow?

Post by SteveJB » Thu Apr 18, 2013 8:28 pm

Does anyone have a spare cat lying about that I could borrow for the MOT of my S1 on Monday? I am just south of Edinburgh so someone nearby would be ideal.

You are welcome to borrow my sport cat, but its currently on the car. Can take it off if you are stuck.

I have one you could borrow.
I am re-assembling the car this weekend, but could leave the cat off for now.
cheers

Am I the only one that leaves the cat on my S1?

Ironically, every year my MOT station asks me if I have a cat on there as getting it through the MOT involves getting it pretty warm!
'16 MINI Cooper S - Family fun hatch
'98 Lotus Elise - Fun day car
'04 Maserati Coupe GT - Manual, v8, Italian...
'18 Mazda Mx5 - The wife's, so naturally my daily
'19 Ducati Monster 797 - Baby bike bike

I have mine on most of the time: too noisy with the de-cat, and I don't notice any performance benefits.
