2014 Calendar Voting - 2nd Attempt. Please Everyone Re-vote.

Hi All
Okay, here we go again since there seems to be (hopefully) a demand for the calendar.
I have deleted the voting that a few seem to have missed and re-posted the threads again under the Calendar thread however here are the links to the voting and the payment information.
Hopefully we can reach the minimum 50 orders with payment required by Saturday 16th November 2014. Remember if you vote, please by a calendar
