Just wondering if anyone knows how many S1s were made, and how many were for the uk.
Also any idea how many are left ?
Seems to be varying figures depend on where you check.

Around 10,500 built of all S1 variants, but it would be very difficult to find out how many are still on the road.

Yeah seems to be quite a bit of variation on numbers.
Did they really make 2000 a year in the first place ?
I thought it was smaller numbers than that ?

According to Honest Johns site there were 12,200 S1's produced and there are 7,230 left.
As figures seem to range between 10,500 and 14,000 depending on the source, this could well be accurate.

The 'how many left' website is based upon road tax renewals and SORN's.
Obviously it doesn't include new cars that were sold overseas or old cars that were subsequently exported.
